Ice Wine

Pomme Glacée    10.5% alc./vol. 375 mL

This wine is made from a blend of freshly pressed New Brunswick apples. The juice is "cryo-extracted" giving a delicious nectar with plenty of natural sugar and a wonderful apple flavor. The nectar is then fermented under chilled conditions until the residual sugar content approaches 10%. The result is a refreshing and well-balanced wine full of apple flavor. Serve on its own or use to complement fine deserts.

Flat Wines

Massé    10% alc./vol. 750 mL

This fine apple wine proudly carries the name of Father Azarias Massé, who long served the New Brunswick community of Memramcook. His life's work is remembered through such accomplishments as the building of La Maison Ste-Croix, located next to the apple orchard that produces this fine wine. Having acquired the orchard from its original owners in 1955, Father Massé confided its care and operation to the same family who continue to harvest its apples today.
