Meet our winemaker, Eric Noel, originally from Petit Lamèque NB.
Eric graduated from the Université de Moncton with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biochemistry. He has continued his education with courses such as 'Production artisanale de boison alcoolique' in St-Hyacinthe Quebec.
Eric worked with the Food Research Center at the University of Moncton on the development of our Belliveau cider and sparkling apple juice. He has been with us since we starting producing sparkling juices and wines. He has over 10 years experience in fruit wine making and is responsible for developing our various wine varieties.
Eric continues to participate in different symposiums and training to keep up to date with new technologies. He is constantly doing research and development to ensure that we continue producing a great product!
