Apple and Bacon Casserole

4 cups cooked, flat wide egg noodles
4 medium cooking apples, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 to 1/2 lb bacon, fried and crumbles
4 eggs
2 cups creamed cottage cheese
4 oz cream cheese
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter or margarine 

Mix noodles, apples and bacon in well-buttered 8-cup casserole dish. In a blender or food processor, combine eggs, cheese, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over apple mixture and top with breadcrumbs and butter.

Bake in 375°F oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
